Return, Refund & Subscription Policy

Delicious operates under strict quality, safety, and fairness standards. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing, as it governs all orders, subscriptions, refunds, and disputes.


1. Non-Returnable Items (Food Products)

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, all food items are final sale and non-returnable, including if unopened.

This policy exists to protect product safety, hygiene, and customer wellbeing. Products that have left our facility cannot be resold or restocked under any circumstances.


2. 90-Day Results Guarantee (First-Time Customers Only)

We offer a 90-Day Results Guarantee for first-time customers who commit to using Delicious consistently as directed.

If, after completing a full 90 days of continuous daily use, you feel you have not experienced any improvement, you may request a refund in accordance with the conditions below.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the 90-Day Results Guarantee, customers must:

  • Be a first-time customer
  • Use the product daily for 90 consecutive days
  • Follow the recommended serving instructions (1 square per day, unless otherwise directed)
  • Complete the full 90-day period before submitting a request
  • Confirm upon request that the product was used daily as directed

Refund requests submitted before the completion of the 90-day period are not eligible.

3. One-Time Purchases vs Subscription Purchases

Delicious offers both:

  • One-time purchases at standard pricing, and
  • Subscription purchases at a discounted rate with added benefits

Subscription pricing is offered in exchange for ongoing enrolment, not as a one-time discounted purchase.


4. Subscription Terms and Fair Use

By purchasing a subscription or Subscribe and Save product, you agree to automatic recurring billing at the price and frequency shown at checkout.

Important Subscription Conditions:

  • Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active
  • Subscription orders are not eligible for refunds once billed
  • Cancelling a subscription after the first discounted order is not permitted without price adjustment

Production Notice Requirement:

Because Delicious chocolates are made fresh to order and production is planned based on active subscriptions, we require a minimum of 4 weeks notice before your next billing date to process a cancellation. This allows us to manage production accurately and ensure every customer receives the freshest possible product.

Cancellation requests submitted less than 4 weeks before your next billing date may result in one additional order being processed and charged before the cancellation takes effect.

Cancellation After First Subscription Order:

If a customer cancels a subscription after receiving the first discounted order, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge the difference between the discounted subscription price and the full one-time purchase price for that order, or
  • Withhold any refund eligibility for that order

This prevents misuse of subscription pricing as a one-time discounted purchase and ensures fairness to all customers.

For example, if the one-time price for One Month is $70.58 and you subscribed at $59.99, cancelling after your first order means you may be charged the $10.59 difference to reflect the standard pricing.

Subscriptions can otherwise be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time with the required notice via the customer portal at getdelicious.co/apps/memberships or by emailing support@getdelicious.co.


5. Shipping Protection

Customers may choose to add optional shipping protection at checkout.

  • Shipping protection fees are non-refundable
  • Claims for lost or damaged packages covered by shipping protection must be submitted according to the terms provided at checkout

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getdelicious.co.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of what happened

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted outside the 7-day window may not be eligible.


7. International Shipping

We ship both within Australia and internationally.

  • International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

8. Address Errors and Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages marked Return to Sender or refused upon delivery

9. Results and Individual Variation

Delicious is a food-based supplement designed to support general wellbeing.

Individual results vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Refunds are not provided based on:

  • Taste preference
  • Individual results
  • Misunderstanding of ingredients or intended use

Outside the first-time satisfaction guarantee, all sales are final.


10. Fraud, Abuse and Chargebacks

We actively monitor for fraud, abuse, and misuse of our policies.

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refunds or replacements
  • Disable future purchases
  • Contest chargebacks with supporting documentation

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Repeated refund requests
  • Subscription abuse
  • False claims
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting support

Filing an unwarranted chargeback may result in permanent account restriction.


11. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
